First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tested whether using a mindfulness app on a smartphone for 8 weeks could help people with fibromyalgia feel better. 54 adults with fibromyalgia either used the app or just tracked their symptoms. The goal was to see if the app was easy to use and if it helped with pain, sleep, and mood. Results will help design a larger future study.
