First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested whether a simple mindfulness technique—paying close attention to changes in body sensations—could improve well-being for couples dealing with infertility. Researchers enrolled 70 people (infertile patients and their partners) who were about to start their first IVF cycle. The goal was to see if this easy-to-learn approach could reduce stress and improve quality of life, and whether it might even help with getting pregnant.
