Mindfulness may ease mental struggles after ACL surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week mindfulness program, done remotely via an app, can improve mental and physical recovery in 47 people after ACL knee surgery. Participants will be randomly assigned to mindfulness or standard care. The goal is to reduce anxiety, depression, and fear of re-injury, and help them return to sports more confidently.
