Mindfulness may ease mental struggles after ACL surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week mindfulness program, done remotely via an app, can improve mental health and recovery in people who had ACL knee surgery. About 47 participants aged 16-40 will be randomly assigned to mindfulness or standard care. The goal is to reduce anxiety, depression, and fear of re-injury, and improve overall quality of life.
