First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested a 12-week online coaching program called 'Immune Strength' to see if it could improve mental health in people with psoriatic arthritis or psoriasis. 84 adults with mild to moderate depression symptoms took part. The program provided weekly access to a wellness coach and online tools to help improve sleep, activity, stress, and nutrition. The goal was to reduce the mental health burden often linked to these skin and joint conditions.
