This study tested a 12-week online program called Immune Strength for people with psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis. The program provided tips on stress, sleep, nutrition, and exercise, plus one-on-one email coaching from a wellness professional. Researchers wanted to see if this low-cost approach could reduce depression symptoms and improve overall well-being. The study included 84 adults from the Cleveland Clinic who had mild to moderate depression.
