Summary
This study tests whether a diet called MIND (a mix of Mediterranean and DASH diets) can help protect memory and thinking skills in women with breast cancer who are receiving chemotherapy or other systemic treatments. The study will enroll 43 postmenopausal women with stage II-IV breast cancer and assess their cognitive function remotely using memory and attention tests. The goal is to see if eating brain-healthy foods like omega-3s and limiting unhealthy ones can reduce the mental side effects of cancer treatment.
