First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether combining the MIND diet (a mix of the Mediterranean and DASH diets) with aerobic exercise can help prevent thinking and memory problems in Black adults ages 35-75 who have high blood pressure. Participants will either receive food delivery, cooking lessons, and exercise training, or continue with their usual care. The goal is to see if these lifestyle changes can keep the brain healthy and reduce the risk of dementia.
