Can group training ease the pain for teens with sickle cell disease?
NCT ID NCT06691867
Summary
This study is testing whether a special group training program can help teens with sickle cell disease better manage their chronic pain. The program, delivered via video calls, teaches skills to strengthen the mind and body. Researchers want to see if this training, when added to usual medical care, helps reduce pain intensity and improves how teens function in daily life compared to standard care alone.
