NCT ID NCT07501637
Summary
This study is testing whether a special breathing and mind-body group program can help reduce psychological distress in young breast cancer survivors. It will enroll 30 women aged 18-50 who are undergoing hormone therapy and report significant cancer-related stress. The program involves a virtual workshop, weekly group sessions, and daily home practice, and researchers will measure changes in stress, fatigue, sleep, and various biological markers.
