NCT ID NCT06045338

First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether mind-body techniques—like relaxation or meditation—can reduce Long COVID symptoms such as pain, fatigue, and dizziness. Researchers will compare these techniques to usual care in 180 adults who have had COVID-19 and still feel sick for at least 3 months. The goal is to see if these practices improve daily life and ease discomfort.
