Mind over long COVID: new study tests relaxation for lingering symptoms

Summary

This study tests whether mind-body practices can reduce common Long COVID symptoms like pain, fatigue, and dizziness. About 180 adults with long-lasting COVID symptoms will be randomly assigned to a mind-body program, a different relaxation technique, or usual care. The goal is to see if these approaches improve daily functioning and ease discomfort.
