Summary
This study tests an 8-week group program that teaches meditation, breathing, and relaxation skills to help medical graduate students manage mood symptoms like anxiety and depression. About 60 students with mild to moderate symptoms will participate. The goal is to see if the program is acceptable and feasible, and if it reduces anxiety and improves well-being.
