Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-week mind-body course, called Mindfulness in Motion, can help university dance students feel less stressed, avoid burnout, and reduce injuries. About 40 second- and third-year dance students at Ohio State University will take the course as part of their regular class. They will report their stress, resilience, and any physical discomfort before and after the program.
