Summary
This study tested a program that combines mind-body skills (like deep breathing and relaxation) with a Fitbit activity tracker to help people with long-term pain. 82 adults with chronic pain took part in weekly sessions and wore the device. The goal was to see if the program was practical and liked by patients, and to measure changes in walking ability and daily steps.
