New depression pill aims to lift the fog when antidepressants fail

Summary
This study tests whether adding milsaperidone to current antidepressant treatment helps adults with major depression who still have symptoms. About 500 participants will receive either milsaperidone or a placebo, and doctors will measure mood changes using a standard depression scale. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and effective as an extra treatment option.
