New hope for depression: Add-On drug milsaperidone enters final trial

Summary
This study tests whether adding milsaperidone to standard antidepressant treatment can better reduce depression symptoms in adults who haven't improved enough with current medication. About 500 participants will receive either milsaperidone or a placebo, and their depression severity will be measured using a standard rating scale. The goal is to see if this combination approach is both effective and safe.
