First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study is testing a new way to treat migraines by using mild electrical stimulation on an artery in the head. The goal is to see if the procedure is safe and practical for people whose headaches don't get better with standard treatments. About 12 adults with chronic migraines will take part. If successful, this approach could offer a new option for managing severe headache pain.
