New study probes pain sensitivity in migraine sufferers
NCT ID NCT07559565
First seen May 10, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at how sensitive people with migraine are to pressure and touch, and how that relates to their headache burden and quality of life. Researchers will compare two methods of measuring pain sensitivity in 102 adults with episodic or chronic migraine. The goal is to better understand migraine and improve how we assess it, not to test a new treatment.
