Summary
This study tested a new, low-power microwave imaging system (Wavelia #2) to see if it can find and measure breast lumps without using X-rays or radiation. 73 women with known breast abnormalities took part. The goal was to see how well the device detects both cancerous and non-cancerous lesions and tells them apart. The results will help improve early breast cancer screening.
