First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study is looking at small molecules called microRNAs in the blood of 80 women with breast cancer who are about to start chemotherapy. Researchers will measure these molecules before and after treatment to see if changes can predict how well the cancer responds. The goal is to find a simple blood test that helps doctors choose the best treatment for each patient.
