Summary

This study looked at whether taking daily micronutrient supplements, with or without nutrition training and healthy lifestyle coaching, could improve the vitamin and mineral levels and overall well-being of young adults in Ghana. About 150 healthy university students aged 18-25 took part. The goal was to see if these approaches could help fix common nutrient shortages.
