Summary

This study looked at whether taking daily micronutrient supplements, with or without nutrition training and healthy lifestyle coaching, could improve the nutrition status and well-being of 150 young adults in Ghana. Participants were healthy university students aged 18-25. The study lasted 6 months and measured vitamin D, B12, zinc, magnesium, iron, and hemoglobin levels, along with lifestyle habits and overall well-being.
