Summary
This study looked at whether taking daily micronutrient supplements, with or without nutrition training and healthy lifestyle coaching, could improve the nutrition status and well-being of 150 young adults in Ghana. Participants were healthy university students aged 18-25. The main goal was to see if the supplements raised vitamin D levels in the blood over six months.
