First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether microneedling, a technique that creates tiny channels in the skin, followed by cortisone application can improve the look and feel of raised burn scars. About 36 adults with burn scars will receive up to 5 treatments. The goal is to make scars less red, thinner, and more flexible.
