Summary
This study looks at how the bacteria living in your body (the microbiome) might influence recovery and long-term health after surgery for pancreatic or related cancers. Researchers will collect samples like saliva, stool, blood, and tumor tissue from 200 adults before and after surgery. The goal is to see if certain bacteria patterns can help predict complications or cancer return, but this study does not test any new treatment.
