Summary

This study tests whether adding a combination of two antibiotics and aspirin to standard chemotherapy can help people with stage IV colorectal cancer. About 97 participants will receive either chemo alone or chemo plus the microbiome therapy. The goal is to see if the added treatment improves tumor shrinkage and survival.
