Summary

This study looks at whether a common toothpaste-like product called MI Paste can change the types of bacteria and fungus living in the mouths of people aged 65 and older who wear a full upper denture. Researchers will also check if the paste makes dentures feel more comfortable and stay in place better. Fifty participants will use the paste off-label by applying it above their denture, and their mouth germs will be tracked over time.
