Summary

This study will test whether a mobile app called MI MOM can improve pregnancy and postpartum health for 500 pregnant women on Medicaid. One group uses the app and gets text messages with health tips, videos, and optional support from a community health worker. The other group receives usual care. Researchers will track health outcomes like complications, mental health, and substance use through one year after birth.
