New app aims to ease cancer pain for kids at home

Summary

This study tests a smartphone app called PainCaRe that helps parents manage pain in young children (ages 2-11) with cancer. The app gives real-time advice for pain relief at home. About 40 parents will try the app for 8 weeks to see if it is easy to use and helps reduce their child's pain.
