First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study compares two common treatments—methotrexate and a TNF inhibitor (adalimumab biosimilar)—to see which better prevents joint damage in people with early psoriatic arthritis (PsA). About 108 adults with active PsA for less than 2 years will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The main goal is to measure changes in bone erosion in the hand joints using a special CT scan over 48 weeks.
