Summary
This study compares two drugs, methotrexate and apremilast, to see which is better at treating moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. About 106 adults with psoriasis will take one of the drugs for 12 weeks. The goal is to find the most effective treatment to reduce skin symptoms.
