Summary
This study compares two oral medications, methotrexate and tofacitinib, for treating chronic plaque psoriasis. About 88 adults with moderate to severe psoriasis that didn't improve with creams will take one of the pills for six months. Researchers will track skin clearing and side effects to see which drug works better.
