Summary

This study tests whether metformin, a common diabetes drug, can reduce pelvic pain in young women with endometriosis. Fourteen participants will take either metformin or a placebo daily for 6 months and track their symptoms. The goal is to see if this non-hormonal approach offers a new way to manage pain.
