NCT ID NCT07276386

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests a two-step treatment for people with a rare eye cancer (uveal melanoma) that has spread only to the liver. First, a chemotherapy drug is delivered directly to the liver through a special procedure. Then, an immunotherapy drug is given to help the immune system attack the cancer. The goal is to see if this sequence can slow or stop tumor growth. The study is for adults with a specific genetic marker (HLA-A*02:01) and good overall health.
