Summary
This study examined 52 breast cancer tumor samples and some blood samples to find chemical markers (metabolites) that might help understand different types of breast cancer better. The goal was to learn more about how cancer cells use energy and to find possible targets for future treatments. No new treatments were tested; it was a research study using already collected samples.
