First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of immunotherapy drugs (durvalumab and tremelimumab) alone or with chemotherapy can help people with a type of lung cancer called pleural mesothelioma that can be removed with surgery. The goal is to see if these treatments can keep the cancer from coming back for at least a year after surgery. About 52 adults will take part, and the study compares results to past data.
