New radiation combo aims to reduce lung damage in mesothelioma patients

Summary
This study tests a new radiation method (IMRT) given after surgery and chemotherapy for people with malignant pleural mesothelioma, a rare lung cancer. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and causes fewer lung side effects than standard radiation. About 65 adults with early-stage disease are taking part.
