Summary

This study is looking at how well a procedure called middle meningeal artery embolization (MMAE) works for treating chronic subdural hematoma, a condition where blood collects between the brain and its outer covering. Researchers will review medical records from 5,000 adults who had this procedure to see how often the blood clot comes back and if additional surgery is needed. The goal is to understand the real-world effectiveness and safety of this treatment.
