Summary
This study tested a mentoring program for women in the sheet metal trade to see if it could reduce stress, injury, and harassment while improving job satisfaction and retention. About 96 women apprentices and experienced mentors from the SMART union took part. The program aimed to help women navigate workplace challenges and build support networks.
