Mentoring program aims to reduce stress and injury for women in sheet metal trades

Summary
This study tested a mentoring program for women working in the sheet metal trades. The goal was to see if having a mentor could reduce stress, prevent injuries, and improve job satisfaction. About 96 women took part, including both new apprentices and experienced journey-level workers. The program was designed to help women feel more supported and stay in the trade longer.
