Summary

This study adapts a peer-led program for pregnant and breastfeeding women who drink alcohol. Researchers will test whether trained mentor mothers can help 100 women reduce alcohol use and improve adherence to HIV prevention or treatment medications. The goal is to support healthier pregnancies and reduce harm in a South African community.
