Summary
This study tests whether doing simple mental health activities for just 10 minutes each day can improve well-being. About 200 adults will either join the mental hygiene challenge or be in a control group. Participants choose from a toolkit of practices like mindfulness or journaling and track their mood changes over 30 days.
