Summary
This study tested whether a six-week online Sahaja Yoga meditation program could help teens aged 12-18 reduce problematic internet use and improve mental well-being. 204 participants were split into a meditation group or a waitlist. Results showed that the meditation program may help teens feel better and use the internet more healthily.
