Summary
This study tested two 10-week training programs—one based on coaching and one on mindfulness—to see if they could improve mental health and employability in healthcare workers. 54 healthcare workers took part, and the study measured changes in stress, anxiety, depression, and self-regulation. The goal was to find practical ways to support the mental health and career resilience of people working in healthcare.
