Summary
This study tested two 10-week training programs—one based on coaching and one on mindfulness—to see if they could improve mental health and job skills in healthcare workers. 54 healthcare workers took part. The study measured changes in employability, stress, anxiety, and self-regulation. Results help show how these programs might support healthcare workers' well-being and career resilience.
