New toolkit aims to stop mental health problems before they start in military airmen

Summary

This study tests whether a special toolkit of proven mental health techniques can help prevent depression, anxiety, and stress in active-duty airmen. About 5,500 service members and their behavioral health technicians will take part. The toolkit gives technicians better training and tools to support airmen, compared to usual care.
