New toolkit aims to stop depression and anxiety before they start in airmen

Summary

This study tests whether giving military behavioral health technicians a special toolkit of proven mental health techniques helps prevent depression, anxiety, and stress in active-duty airmen. About 5,500 airmen and their technicians will take part. The goal is to see if this approach works better than the usual care to keep service members mentally healthy.
