Summary

This study tested a 6-week educational program for 240 nursing students in Egypt. The program used teaching, discussions, and hands-on experiences to reduce stigma toward mental illness, improve flexible thinking, and boost confidence for mental health nursing. Results were measured before and after the program using standard questionnaires.
