Summary
This study tested whether gentle electrical brain stimulation given during sleep, combined with brief daily meditation, can improve how well people think flexibly and manage their emotions. 64 healthy adults participated over up to 9 months. The goal was to see if these techniques, alone or together, could positively change brain networks linked to these skills.
