First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding cognitive behavioral therapy (a type of talk therapy) to standard medication can improve symptoms and daily functioning for people with conditions like anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. About 107 adults aged 18-65 with an IQ of 80 or higher took part. The goal is to see if this combined approach helps with thinking skills, mood, and overall recovery.
